Because of the nature of pet boarding, our hours are somewhat irregular.  We ask our customers to please be aware of the hours of operation for each particular day.  As Monday and Friday are big drop off and pick up days we are pleased to be able to offer earlier and later hours on those days.  Also, for your convenience, we are open on Sunday afternoons so that you can pick up your pets before the hectic work week begins (and we know you really missed them too!).  Please note that we do charge the days boarding for Sunday, however, just like any other day, if you have your dog bathed or groomed that day for pick up you will not be charged that days boarding.

Vaccination Requirements

Please bring current vaccination paperwork showing up-to-date vaccinations on your first visit or if you know your pet's vaccinations have expired since their last stay with us.  All vaccinations should be administered a minimum of 1 week before boarding.

     Dogs - Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP), Bordatella (Canine Cough). 3 year rabies vaccination accepted.
     Cats - Rabies, Feline Distemper (FVRCP). Feline leukemia is highly encouraged.

All vaccination records must be from a licensed veterinarian. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you maintain a year-round treatment for ticks and fleas in order to protect our resort from any contamination and thus protect all of the pets. We recommend topical solutions such as Advantage and Frontline.  These products are available over the counter or from your veterinarian. We do not suggest collar prevention methods. Please talk to your veterinarian about your options and frequency of treatment.  Pets with unwanted additional guests will be treated and fees charged to the owner.

Accommodations   The size of run and boarding rates are determined by the size and weight of the dogs.  Depending on size, we can board multiple dogs of the same family in the same run.

Multiple Pet Discounts  We do offer multi-pet discounts, both for separate and same runs.  In the same run your second pet receives 20% off, and your third pet receives 30% off; if you need separate runs for your dogs each additional pet receives a $1 per day discount! 

Seasonal & Holiday Rates  Holiday rates apply for all major holidays, spring break & summer.

Seasonal rates are to ensure that we have the necessary staffing to deliver our usual individualized care, love and supervision to each and every pet even during the busiest of times. 

Grooming & Bathing  After a stay that includes lots of fun and play, we can send your dog home looking their best and smelling fresh!
We offer a selection of grooming and bathing services through our grooming salon and can schedule an appointment for you that coincides with your pet’s departure.

Toys and Treats  We offer a variety of toys and treats here at Sleepy Hollow.  Almost all of them retail for $2.99 or less!  So if you leave home and forget something, or if you would just like to treat your dog to something new, then we have it here!
