Dog Boarding at
"the Ranch"
The
accommodations offered at Sleepy Hollow are impeccably clean.
Every run is pressure washed and disinfected inside while
your pet is having their outside morning potty break and
outside areas are pressure washed while your pet is having
his or her meal. Our dog runs
are all inside/outside runs. Once the runs are cleaned the dogs have
the ability to go in and out outside as they please to enjoy the fresh air
and to get exercise in the outer run.
Our trained
and caring staff welcomes your very large, or very small pet
or your older pet. All furry friends can relax and play in
comfortable accommodations at Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch
.....your pet's vacation home away from home!
The staff at
Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch maintains a daily report card on
each pet staying with us. We grade them on elimination
and also food intake 2-3 times daily. This enables us
to monitor the health of your pet and also provides you with
an accurate account of how your dog or cat did while you
were away.
 Dog
Enclosures We are an indoor - outdoor facility with
inside sleeping areas and outside run areas. We
understand that people have different ideas about what
kenneling your dog is all about. Our facility is quite
standard for the kennel industry and provides an assortment
of varying size and types of enclosures each with plenty of
fresh air and sunlight..
Each
Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch guest has their very own
private sleeping accommodation area, their own attached
private outdoor exercise area, and we never allow a guest to
become intimidated through being forced to interact with
other strange dogs within their own space!
A stay at
Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch is like a vacation for your pet.
Whether he or she loves to play, or just be pampered - have
we got a vacation in store for your pet. Some pets just want
to have fun, and that's exactly what they'll have at the
Ranch", but the only problem with a vacation, is that your
pet may just not want to come home!

Why does my dog need a
bath before coming home?
Boarded pets do not stay
as clean as they do at home for several reasons. Dogs are
very active in the kennel and are normally exercised on
concrete, not grass or gravel which helps them stay cleaner
but is impossible to disinfect. Although our staff is
vigilant in scooping and cleaning, dogs may soil their feet
and coat. Longer coated breeds will become more soiled than
shorter coats but to ensure a happy and sweet smelling
homecoming so you may want to schedule a bath for your dog
before going home.
